our clubs are the beating heart of Letters of Love
When the first Letters of Love club began in October 2018, no one knew what explosive growth was in store for the organization. As of the fall of 2024, Letters of Love has 314 active clubs, 184 of which are in high schools and 130 are in colleges. We have clubs in 42 states in the United States. In addition to our official clubs, Letters of Love has received cards from individuals or groups from 18 other countries.

These clubs are the reason Letters of Love has been able to donate over 425,000 cards to patients in the last six years. Without their dedication, hard work, and abundance of love, Letters of Love would not exist.

minnesota is our home state
Letters of Love had its first meeting in Orono, Minnesota, and 80 of our clubs reside in the state.
Minnesota holds a special place in the heart of Letters of Love as its birthplace and current home of non-profit operations.
