Love Month is right around the corner!
February is our favorite time of year here at Letters of Love — with flowers, chocolate and love letters everywhere, what's not to love?!
While February might be known for the celebration of romantic love on Valentine's Day, we believe there is so much more to love than just romance and we need more than one day to celebrate it. That's why, at LOL, all of February is Love Month.
This year, celebrate Love Month with us by showing your family, friends and even strangers how much you appreciate them. Whether that means leaving a note on your coworker's desk, holding the door for your classmate, or making a new friend, let's spread the love this February!
In the next few weeks, consider taking a few minutes to make some cards to make a little one’s day bright. To ensure we get your cards to the kids in time, please ship your Valentine's Day cards by February 1, 2024.
how to make a love month card
Love Month cards aren’t all that much different than everyday cards, and they don't even just need to be about Valentine's Day. Feel free to get creative and fill your card with lots of love!
Because hospitals will distribute Valentine's cards on February 14, we need your cards by February 1 so we have time to distribute them to patients. Don't fear — if that is not enough time for you, we are accepting love-themed (non-Valentine's-specific) cards all month long.
Before you dive in, check out our card-making guidelines and our card hall of fame for some inspiration!
Pick your paper and grab some markers and get to it! We love your Valentine's Day cards, but general well wishes work too.
Package up all your amazing work in one envelope, head to your nearest mailbox and send it on its way. Cards can be mailed to:

some tips
Make a variety! Valentine's is only one day, and we send cards year-round. Don't feel like you can only draw hearts and cupid.
Keep it light! Letters of Love are meant to be a source of happiness for all.
This is a "letter of love," not a "love letter." Remember each card we send goes into the hands of a child.
